This past week, Saturday actually, we spent all day cleaning the house and re-arranging some things. We moved the play room out of the should be dining room and upstairs..hoping that this would alleviate the massive toy mess that always seems to happen downstairs. So far, it's working, and the kids actually enjoy the new "play room." Unfortunately we had to take down the guest bed, no it wasn't to keep guests from coming, but we figured we probably wouldn't have any more guests before it's time for us to move. So if you want to visit, the couch is always available and we could probably put a mattress on the floor for you ;)

Say YES to Tomatoes!

I'm always on the search for natural products that don't have a lot of ingredients. While I was at Target a few weeks ago I found Say Yes to Tomatoes. I've tried several shampoos..actually I get tired of them so quick, I almost never finish the bottles!

I have Say Yes to Carrots lip gloss and I love that, so I thought I'd give the shampoo a try.

Well...after a few weeks of using it, I love it. I like the way it smells, I like the way it makes my hair feel. I'm sold on tomatoes. =) Oh, it's reasonably priced too..for the big bottles it was 7.99. It is double the size of my previous shampoo which I paid 5.99 for.

For other hair types, they also have hair products made with carrots and cucumbers.

I also bought the say yes to carrots lotion, and I think it might be the softest lotion I've ever had...and that's pretty good considering I have half of the bath and body works store in my bathroom cupboard. :-P

Tonight we introduced the kids to Bingo, I think Ben enjoyed it more than Evey..and Addyson just wanted to eat the number markers...

We played two rounds before they got bored with winning Hershey's Kisses...and we moved on to running and pushing Addy in the dump truck. Overall a good night :)

Evelyn's New Hair-do!

I made the choice last night to cut Ev's hair into a little bob after she told me, "Need hair-tut, hair in mine eyesss."

She was thrilled to sit in the barbie jeep today and get her hair cut. She did so well, and as always, I'm proud of her.

Side News...Before the hair cut, we were at the Dr. for a well child visit. Evelyn is healthy, but on the skinny side, 95th percentile for height and 50th for weight! She is successfully completing tasks that 3.5 year olds do, and really did not like getting shots. She keeps saying, "that lady poke mine leg two times! Me don't like that."
