We were packed and on the road by 12:30pm yesterday afternoon. We drove until Jackson, Mississippi where we found a lovely Best Western to camp for the night. I didn't know this, but you can in fact negotiate hotel room rates. We got a $110.00 room for $85! It's 8:20am here and we plan to eat breakfast, pack it up, and move it out.
Just give the kid some cheetos and we're good to go! (Don't worry, they are just Gerber baby veggie puffs aka baby cheetos)It's been a good trip so far, Benjamin has been fantastic, sleeping most of the drive here. Today we are going to try to make it to Dallas. We shall see :)
