Not many people know, but I am cooking challenged. Well...maybe I choose to be. Anyway, we had steaks so I found this recipe online and I attempted it a couple days ago, but I over boiled the potatoes so they really were "Soooo Smooooth" lol. The flavor was really good though, so I think I'll try again.

okay... two things. 1. potato ricer? i didn't know you made rice from potatos. that's weird. but okay. makes sense, i like potatos and i like rice. 2. where's the cheese? cheesey mashed potatos baby. that's some good stuff!
